Quality and safety

Process control

We are constantly examining and improving the critical points of the manufacturing process: machining stainless steel production moulds, lining packaging boxes with polyethylene film, and collecting paper trimmings and dust using a technical vacuum system located in the basement.

The design of the workplace meets specific safety requirements.

1300m² of floor area divided into four:

- production area covering around 500m²

- storage area covering around 500m²

- administrative area covering 150m²

- waste collection vault covering 150m²

These areas are separated by fire-retardant doors and walls. In addition to this safety measure, there is a smoke and fire detection system and raw materials are stored at third party warehouses.

Managing major risks is also an ongoing priority in order to ensure the continuity of service which our most demanding customers expect.

All production lines are automated, from the smallest for confectionery cases to the largest used for punching widths of up to 610mm. Several thousand paper cases leave our workshops every day.

Each box is traceable, enabling us to identify the sources of production and materials quickly and accurately.

We have a network of carrier companies selected for their reliability and response time. We are therefore able to deliver across most of Europe every week and to respond to problems within 48 hours.
